Great management and social environment were everyone is very supportive of one another. amenities are good and lots of bonuses such as free dinners and lunches for extra work.
Cons
starting Pay needs to be more in line with london and this point considering the rental market in brighton is now essentially on par. Frustrating to work so hard for a pay rise for it to still be lower than the starting wage an hour away.
