Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Whilst I'm pleased that you feel positive about your pay and the teams around you, it's a shame to see your feedback on progression. There are lots of opportunities for our people to develop, however, development is not always linear and perhaps more unorthodox than traditional businesses . We have intentionally avoided frameworks -where we can- to allow people the opportunity to develop in areas they are genuinely interested in.
