Pros
- Good social aspect - Monthly drinks, Beer O' Clock, OG festival, team nights out - Flexible working - Integrated campaigns - able to work on PR, marketing and social media aspects at the same time
Cons
- Salary is very low - Management are very out of touch with the teams. They do not take into account resource allocation, leaving those that run the accounts on a day-to-day basis to suffer - Hierarchy way of working
