      The best reasons for Oddworking is the amazing atmosphere in the office and to be an important part of a world-changing recruitment- and employer branding company. An open-minded organisation with a high business intelligence and the right focus in both quality and long term relationships - longing for monday mornings!

      Seriously? None. In case there would be any, the management are on it!

      Pros

      The culture at Oddwork is great! Very family-like environment where wins are celebrated daily and everyone are encouraged to develop and perform. At the same time Oddwork is a very high achieving company where management expects great results from its employees. However, everyone at Oddwork are high achievers by nature so this only adds to the culture.

      Cons

      Don't really know if it's a con but we are in a competitive market where you can not take the easy road to be great in your role. You have to be in it to 100 %. If possible, I would also love to have a dish washer in the kitchen!
