      Pros

      Strong brand in executive search, some supportive and talented colleagues, good work parties

      Cons

      Salaries are low, very hierarchical - no real voice or autonomy compared to other organisations, high turnover of staff in delivery/research (for reasons that become clear once you work there), no real valuing of staff who are not partners, D&I is a total joke - a front and box-tick exercise in every respect.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here! The teams are great, the work is fulfilling, and I genuinely appreciate how invested the firm is in my career development.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more firm-wide events where we can connect in person and build stronger relationships, especially since most of us work remotely.
