Pros

What stands out most is how much the work actually matters. It is not just surface level. What we do across the fixed income space has real value for clients and you can see the impact day to day. There is serious investment in your development and the founders are genuinely inspiring. They built the company from the ground up and remain fully involved but in a way that motivates and supports rather than controls. Their presence sets a positive tone for the whole team. It is collaborative and low ego. Everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed. It is a rare place where you actually look forward to coming in because it pushes you to get better every day.

Cons

It’s a fast place environment where hours can get long trying to keep up with changing client needs. The work definitely has its ups and downs, like any recruitment job, so being adaptable and resilient for shifting priorities is important. If you like a dynamic environment, it’s rewarding, though it can be tough at times
