Cons
Executive Management - Not all, but technically the majority, lacked appropriate interpersonal skills to handle work conflicts in a professional manner. On more than one occasion there were literal "fits of rage" from managers. I chalk this up to young blood and putting too many "alpha" types in a small start-up environment. Stressful Environment - many reasons for this, chief among them are unrealistic or reasonable goals set by management. Fraternization - this is one of the most obvious things you'll find wrong with the company. Compensation & Benefits - Low compared to industry averages even in the area, don't remember there being any real benefits offered by the company - or it was never really thoroughly explained to me.
