The people and the mission are inspiring and optimistic. The building is a refurbished soap factory in Petreo Hill , which is fun and quirky, but kind of a pain to get to. They have nice setups for all employees, although the engineers are clearly favored.

The leadership was nothing but disappointing. They do not lead by example and they do not value structure. Most of the high level hires are not qualified. I would, however, argue that the folks that worked their way up to promotions are of better leadership caliber.
