Promote from with in. Dealership advertises heavily on the internet to create traffic.
Cons
Horrible pay plan. Least incentivized I've ever come across. No CRM. Had to implement paper-based customer logging and tracking. Vast majority of customer come in off of internet pricing, so harder to make gross unless there is a trade, and the owners, low ball the trade. Do not show profit or produce commission sheets, too much secrecy and double pack the cars. Very poor UCI done on vehicles. Half of the customer call with in a month about major problems. They do not like to spend money.
