Pros

I truly appreciate the supportive and collaborative culture here. Everyone is supportive and help one another. What i can see is that this company bosses like the Sales dir n MD are managing the company well and r hands on boss unlike my previous 2 companies. Good Colleugue here also.

Need some improvements on paperwork as some colleagues are not putting in enough effort as compared to my previous company. abit slack

Colleagues were supportive and approachable, which made collaboration easier. Opportunities to learn quickly and adapt.

Cons

The central issue lies with management. Communication was strictly one way. Any opinion that did not align with theirs was dismissed, blocked, or met with excuses. There was no genuine dialogue, only directives. As a result, employees were left feeling undervalued and ignored. Micromanagement was constant and exhausting. Every task, no matter how small, was closely monitored. Even the briefest messages had to be acknowledged on WhatsApp, email, or with a reaction. This obsession with constant responses wasted time, created unnecessary stress, and showed a clear lack of trust in the team. Instructions often changed without explanation, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Achievements were rarely acknowledged, while mistakes or disagreements were amplified. Another major problem was the unwillingness to accept feedback. Even when employees shared candid reviews on platforms like Glassdoor, they were dismissed. Instead of self reflection, management responded with defensiveness and excuses. It is worth asking how many resignations have happened within a single year. People are not leaving because of salary alone. They are leaving because of toxic leadership and a hostile environment.
