Pros
Fast, Honest, and Comfortable Interviewing process. Oboarding time for me was slightly longer since I OB right before the US Holidays however, I was supported every step of the way without being bombarded with tons of "do it yourselfs". Global, diverse, yet small team structures makes every role matter and you matter. Great emphasis on work-life balance and every colleague supports you in planning out your calendar/work.
Cons
No stocks and can't speak much to quarterly bonuses but considering the current 2022-2023 market, the company stability is more of a welcome. The software will be much more user- friendly/smarter however it is still very young.
