Pros

NO PROS / WORST BPO IN THE PHILIPPINES

Cons

Bad Management. NO HR Staff that is why Owner can sack you anytime he wants. If owner don't like expect to be fired in an instant. Company has several complains to NLRC at the moment. Low salary for the work load that will be provided. No training will be provided once your in the company your in your own. Only 5 Annual Leaves per year and you can only use it after a year. General Manager is only the puppet of the owner, he cant make any decisions for the company. General Manager will also not give you a copy of your contract and employee manual. Overall company is very bad and I don't recommend it to anyone. I've been in the company for 9 months now.

Pros

- fast hiring process: assessment -interview - signing of contract - casual dress code - day shift. Business hours start at 5am - 2pm (depends on the business' needs) AUS time - work-life balance - higher pay for the same position

Cons

- You sign the contract, but not a single copy or confirmation is emailed or given to you. - only 5 paid annual leaves - no sick leave - HR or the recruitment team is kind of chaotic.

Pros

The staff is friendly, and communication is clear regarding expectations. There's also a good work-life balance, making it a supportive and straightforward environment.

Cons

Not ideal for beginners, as it tends to favor candidates with prior experience. However, if you believe you have the skills and determination, there's always an opportunity to learn and grow.
