Where to start.... firstly Glass Door need to remove all the fake reviews left by management. Bad management, the worst I have ever experienced. No innovation at this company, they just copy others *cough* House of CB *cough*. Treat you awful, passive aggressive and constantly feel anxious. Its a shame because the concept is great however innovation is zero and they are unwilling to take on new opinions or idea. Treat others how you would like to be treated comes to mind.... I would seriously not be surprised if this company doesn't survive due to one thing and thats the awful owners, laughable HR and e-com management. I would advise speaking to anyone (and i mean anyone) who has left this company for a true insight into what you are getting yourself into....
