Pros

The people and their will to succeed. Everyone is friendly and dedicated. The culture is remote-first with high trust and accountability so you can manage you life around delivering on your work. Plain speaking, relaxed, no bs kind of environment. You can really feel the contribution you make and how it helps to grow the business - it gives you a huge sense of reward. The energy is amazing after a huge Q1, additional funding and Q2 is looking even better. Very exciting to see how far we will go!

Cons

This is is going to be one of those annoying ‘positive-cons’. It’s a startup that is just getting going. It means that there’s lots of areas to improve. Read: all of it needs to improve in fact! But that’s why you join a place like this- to have ownership and build, no matter which position you are in; and, to see the changes happen quickly. Benefits are light to non-existent, but I have heard they are discussing how to improve them. They have just hired a HR / recruitment person so they are committed to improving the company environment and also development of the team and culture. You have to be comfortable with change, growth, processes either not there or in beta/evolving (help us do this :)

Pros

Remote-first company, and they really mean it! Great work/life balance, excellent compensation and equity package, and one's ambition and effort can really move the needle here!

Cons

Customer-facing work across multiple time zones is occasionally difficult, but part of the vibe. The usual expected growing pains of a small company on it's way to becoming a large(r) company.

Small team, easy to see immediate impact of your efforts Everyone is nice and easy to work with, direct in communication Remote-first company, provides anything you may need to do your job effectively PTO on a take-it-as-you-need-it basis

Cons

Small start-up, so lots of organizational growing pains in product (but well addressed) Wildly diverse team spread across many global timezones, so work is largely asynchronous Customers can be excessively demanding at times
