Pros

They're inseparable from Black Fork Strategies, which is now under federal voter fraud investigation. Other states are reporting on this now daily, that's how bad it is.

Cons

So much Caucasian privilege and elitism and they can't even get it together to protect the integrity and validity of their own programs.

Pros

Largest organization in the state doing nonprofit neighborhood and issue based community organizing. Strong young adult component Lots of room for career growth Great opportunity to build nonpartisan relationships for change

Cons

It's impossible to be simultaneously a relational system And highly competitive, when these clash management chooses power over people. There is a tendency to excuse upper level missteps at the expense of new employee support Senior staff believe that any of their struggles were a necessary part of the job and see no problem with their duplication regardless of issues for work life balance
