Pros
The programs and staff who work directly with clients make a real difference in the lives of people who need help. At it's heart, the mission of the organization is good, as our the line level staff.
Cons
I worked at this company for many years, and in my time there I watched the culture deteriorate at an alarming rate. People became outright mean, and it was supported by those at the top. The culture here is truly toxic. Since leaving, my health has literally improved because the stress and disrespect I was influenced by at this job was impacting my blood pressure and also my mental well being. I don't think I even realized how negatively it was effecting me until I was gone.
