Transzap is a growing software as a service company for the oil and gas industry. It offers career growth opportunities for developers and customer support professionals. Transzap has totally changed management over the past couple of years, which is both good and bad. Many processes are being improved at Transzap to help the company grow to the next level. The old management did not have sufficient expertise to take Transzap to the next level of growth.
Cons
The board of directors has instructed the new management to cut costs. The new management is very focused on saving money, sometimes at the cost of best practices. Also, the new management is biased towards the new employees they have brought it that they worked with at other companies, and does not value the old employees, several of whom have been fired or laid off. One of the new managers treats his employees poorly and has driven away some of them. The culture of personally caring for employees that the old Transzap had is totally gone.
