Pros
There wasn't much to be positive about.
Cons
When applying, interviewing and getting the job. I was told the base pay was $15 plus tips. Then there was a meeting about the financial of the company. Which you would think... that's amazing!! A company that truly cares... that's not the case. They basically have brainwashed their employees to think that stealing their money is amazing. The company pays $2/server and $5/cook. Then, takes a percentage of the tip money to make sure the staff are making their $15-$22/ hour. Then on top of that they take a percentage to put money towards health and wellness. Then the remaining amount is split between kitchen staff and servers. So, when servers could be making 300+ a night. The staff is barely making $100. The company steals and sugar coats it by having an hour staff meeting with food.
