Lots to unpack. They claim to want quality over quantity but absolutely will pressure everyone to get more done. There is a 20 ticket per day minimum, and no excuse, no reason will ever be good enough for them not to chew your butt over missing the 20 ticket mark. The corporate office in north Carolina micro manages the Colorado division, the company underbid the contract and in order to make a profit, they demand Colorado employees to complete more tickets, work longer hours, work weekends. They constantly lower moral with daily reminders of how unhappy they are with Colorado's production numbers, and nonstop implied threats of layoffs or being fired. The state manager ken is incredibly two faced and dishonest, he will never stick up for anyone under him! I could go on and on but i hope ive said enough to persuade at least one person to work anywhere but here.
