Pros
Most of the staff that care for the residents are great. It can be a fun environment if you make it that way. Wonderful residents and a nice facility in terms of physical appearance.
Cons
Extremely Nepotistic- you won't get far unless you are related to management somehow, which is so unfortunate. There are more benefits if you belong to this exclusive club of relatives - by an means, marriage or blood. I witnessed perks such as discretionary use of comp time, special attendance accommodations, and exorbitant bonuses.
Underpaid for the work expected to be performed. Lots of gossip and rumors. Aggressive "consultants" that create a horrible work environment.
