Pros
The only good thing of working with the worst management is you get to be thankful on your next job. Everyone must try to experience work here for a few months then leave. You'll be proud to face your new challenges bearing the tag of "I've been through the worst company".
Cons
It has been a company policy to reduce cost and overhead by keeping employee turnover high. They hire-terminate to avoid compensation growth. Also, the owner and project managers doesn't own their fault and transfers the blame. They resort on "terminate employees" rather than terminating their negative attitude. This is a perfect recipe for disastrous work environment.
