remote work is the only pro, 1 good co-founder

Overworked. Micro-managed. Insane leadership. One of the co-founders is completely lost and doesn't know anything about running a company. He has outdated strategies and an outdated management style. He literally sits and does nothing all day but go to random meetings where he voices his opinion which is worthless, while the other founder is actually doing work. Time-tracked on literally every single thing we do which is absolutely insane. Have to track exactly 40 hours every week.

Remote work is the only good part

Leadership micromanages you and tracks every single minute using time tracking sheets. Insane turnover of employees in the past couple years due to how poorly run this agency is. Charles is completely useless and does nothing all day while pretending like he's an expert at everything. Pay sucks.
