-Highly discounted vet care for your pets -Wonderful coworkers that will look out for you -Flexible hours -You know your schedule more than a month in advance -Many learning opportunities -Frequent meals provided by management or appreciative clients -The veterinarians are usually kind and considerate to the rest of the staff -Everyone is treated with respect -Generally positive work environment
Cons
-Communication among staff isn't always good -Lot's of running around and stress during busy seasons -It can get pretty overwhelming if we are short staffed -Management doesn't usually pay much attention to what's going on unless a client complains -The facility is in need of repairs/ replacements in some parts of the hospital
