      -Given many opportunities to take on projects in a leading role -Firm is organized into teams, creating an almost family atmosphere -Company financials are shared regularly with all employees

      Cons

      -Lack of development tract for some employees (no opportunity for promotion) -Some company initiatives that are not prospering/losing money seem to live for longer than they should

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
