This is the worst company I have ever worked with. There no professionalism, no proper work culture, and ethical standards. The management style is highly unstructured, and the organization operates more like a small traditional shop rather than a professionally managed company. There is little regard for employee development, systematic processes, or corporate governance, which makes the overall working environment extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
