Horrible, inexperienced middle management that plays favorites and doesn’t trust their direct reports to do their job. Internal systems are so outdated that it puts a huge strain on employees. Omada rescinded several COVID-era benefits that were widely used and loved in order to cut costs and save money as they’re trying to reach profitability. The onboarding process was promising but things just snowballed after the first month or two. Additionally, if you have hopes of promotion, the upward mobility at Omada is virtually nonexistent.
