      Pros

      Exciting work, some great people were working at the company.

      Cons

      Very high CEO turnover since being bought by investment bankers. Just a rudder less shell left of what was once a great company. Can't pay their vendors on time, always short on money. Two tiered rules for employees if you are not a VP bootlicker. Workplace harassment by leaders goes unchecked. If your female you might want to think twice before working there.

      We are very sorry you had a poor experience. Things have positively changed in the last 6-9 months! Over half of the leadership team is new in the past year and we are all focused and excited about our future at OM! We have had several former employees come back in the past month, all noticing the positive changes!

      Amazing company, works on interesting projects. Workers are great. Management is one of the best I've ever seen. Highly reccomend.

      None, only left for a dream position elsewhere.
