Be ready to work with super smart people in a fast paced industry. Big and innovative ideas are always welcome. Intellectually fun and challenging.

Not for the faint of heart. The founders are ex-Stanford CS PhD dropouts whose office is in Mountain View (sound familiar? nod to Google) and are taking on some big and fun challenges in the mobile and gaming space, which have created an innovative and hyper challenging atmosphere. The truth is, those who can hack it are still here while those who could not adapt or weren't up the challenge - are not around (as stated in a previous review). Strong teams also have competent and superstar leaders and investors, which so far Omlet has proven to have both, possibly heading for unicorn territory if they succeed with their current plans. If you are an entitled, lazy millennial you will not fare well here. If you are hard working, smart, curious, passionate about mobile gaming and can bring something to the table, you will thrive. The stakes are high in this industry and with this caliber of folks, you either rise to the challenge or get smoked. My chips are on this company.
