There are some really good people here and the company has no problem hiring right out of high school. You can make a career here as a machinist and be set for life.

Work flow is often at one extreme or the other. Sometimes you’ll have nothing to do, other times managers will be begging for parts and everything is a high priority.

Try to make good decisions, machine operators and set up guys are phenomenal, once had a continuous improvement department (got rid of it after a year).

Poor pay, continue to keep the management that holds them back, up until recently they had little, to no, training in place, VERY high turnover rate, even for manufacturing, low morale, poor utilization of personnel skill sets, needs a shake up from the top down and not the other way around. Got rid of continuous improvement department.
