Everyone cares about each other which is amazing in a sales job. Management is concerned about its employees. It is fast-paced, if you put the work in you will get results. Very fortunate to work from home and to be a part of the team when there were only a handful of us and see everything expand.

I will speak for myself, I need balance, once I start my day I lose track of time. In some ways it's good and it's not so good.

We have an exceptional support team our executive leadership team takes the time to listen to their employees feedback and they demonstrate that it matters. I have been able to maintain a work life balance and grow professionally within my time here. OmniEngine fulfills my desire to keep a student mentality and to learn about new processes and procedures. It has assisted me with thinking outside of the box. The people here really make a positive impact in my life professionally and personally.
Cons
If you are someone that does not do well with change, OmniEngine is not the best fit for you. We are continuously working with new projects or looking for other ways to achieve desired results.
