Pros
Flexible hours, family type environment, If you have personal problems/emergencies they're understanding. All seem to be kind and always available to help.
Cons
Horrible benefits! They recently increased vacation days but the most you'll get is two weeks while upper management is gone for months at a time. They don't match your 401k and there is a glass ceiling since the highest positions are taken by family members. Great place to start, you'll learn a lot from management, but don't plan to stay here a long time if you want to have a high position or a secure retirement. They also don't invite all their employees to holiday parties so that's kind of a bummer. Sometimes hard to work with since vendors will hate you after constant price haggling and outbidding. They'd rather go someone cheap who does a bad job instead of good vendor that will fix everything to last. When they get disappointments with something you will feel that they are against you for a while until you do something super outstanding again.
