      - Constant layoffs & re-orgs - Culture of fear and "keeping head down" (far cry from former VMware days) - Leadership making rash/poor decisions in an effort to "prove value" of their roles - Hiring unqualified personnel causing high-performers to look elsewhere - Severe lack of career advancement opportunities

      Good portfolio of products with name recognition from VMware. Good people working there (those that were not laid off).

      Cons

      Chasing profit over maintaining a good workforce and good products. Large number of RIFs.
