I started working for Omnium in early 2021, and so far they have been excellent to work for. The pay is very good and they really take care of the employees. Treat us with respect and recognize our good work, often providing $25-$50 gift cards to say thank you. The company will pay for as much training as we want, as long as it relates to our duties. I have taken several outside courses, and they have paid for the course and my time. What company does that these days? They have high standards which helps avoid problem employees. Management is always making sure we are good and if we need anything. One of the best companies I have worked for.
