Good hybrid setup and good office location.
Cons
Unfortunately I have found that across multiple departments that they pay below market rate. I also as a female experienced gender discrimination when a male colleague was hired to work in my team at the same level and to do the same job but was on 2k more. There was no resolution to solve this. It's a shame as the culture is mostly good but they are really missing the point of retaining staff. There has been a higher turnover since new management. No benefits such as private healthcare etc. Basic holiday allowance of 20 days per year (national minimum) and low pension contribution.
