      Pros

      Hybrid Work Schedule. On Mondays and Fridays, I work from Home; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I work in the office to interact face-to-face with co-workers. Very Diverse Business.

      Cons

      Work hard and get great rewards. It's not a con, but you will drown without a work ethic.
