If you’re hoping to grow in a technically competent, forward-thinking environment: look elsewhere. The leadership here operates like a relic from a bygone era: authoritarian, opaque, and often baffling. Despite talented individuals doing great work, there’s a constant atmosphere of fear and blame. It doesn’t matter how competent or committed you are someone always has to be the scapegoat. It feels less like a modern company and more like a case study in Soviet-style management, where politics trump merit, and decisions are made to preserve hierarchy, not progress.
