I worked for OnTrack both on premise and remotely. During my time there, I undertook two different roles and I worked on various areas of the main product, as well as on satellite projects. Things that make OnTrack a nice place are: - Great colleagues, good characters and skilful. - A culture of inclusion and transparency. It’s a great place for people interested in Functional Programming and the Microservices movement. - Interesting and challenging work. The company builds and operates software that serves daily hundreds of thousands of railway and bus passengers. - Decent financial compensation. - Flexible hours and remote work. - Social and sport activities such as quiz nights, beer and pizza Thursdays, football Wednesdays, gym classes and more.

- Career paths are not well defined. - Office space, the office is noise and it doesn’t have collaboration areas. - Benefits are limited and the pension plan is basic.
