Pros
I applied for an HR temp job and got it which was at a great company but wasn't an environment I want to work in; not an OnTrack issue. Hiring process was quick and yes drug test was required but didn't pay for it as another person mentioned. Paid weekly with no issues. Management helped resolve an issue for me. They will help people who want to work get work that are in between jobs. Also a great way if someone doesn't gave experience but wants to improve their skills. OnTrack OKC was great!
Cons
Nothing negative other than a suggestion on their staff. Staff is young and wasn't very friendly, positive, nor enthusiastic. I think following up with assigned employees and getting feedback from them may help them to be more success of on an assignment.
