Pros

Coworkers are decent and helpful when you're learning

Cons

This company exists to force people who live in apartment complexes to pay for services they might not even need so that the landlord can collect an additional fee on top of their rent. It's exploitative and deceptive (they say they are getting residents a better deal, but often they end up paying more than they would if they bought the service on their own) and they make it part of the renewal lease agreement so your choices are to pay it or move out. I hated this job more than any other I've had because of the underhanded nature of it. If you have no problem taking advantage of renters, then you'll love it here.
