The C-suite members for clinical, finance and legal are strong leaders. They have decades of experience behind them and have set a clear path forward for the company. The therapies being developed have to potential to give late stage cancer patients hope.
Cons
Executive management skills and experience are not used to their fullest. They are often ignored or excluded from major decisions.
