NOT WORTH IT!!!! - Customer Service Representative One Contact Center Employee Review

They don't have open-door policy. Management is really poor Power tripping Saying cursing words out loud at the office from a Team Leader even if his agents are taking in calls. It's very not professional. When you have salary disputes, it would take AGES!!! IT equipments are so outdated.
