Simply put, working at One Firefly has been the best professional experience I've had in my career. I was privileged to call this company my employer for over a decade and during that time was fortunate enough to take on more and more responsibilities and was promoted numerous times. Personally, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a company with a better culture and I mean that sincerely - people here actually care about their employees, each other and their clients. For a company of their size the benefits are terrific and you can't beat a remote work environment. I would work here again in a heartbeat.

Standards are high and performance is measured typically on a quarterly basis. You'll be surrounded by high-achievers who will press hard to hit their goals. That environment is not for everyone, but personally this is where I thrive.

Flexible hours, relaxed culture, communication is paramount, good benefits.

Salary was a bit low for what they were expecting of me.
