Pros
Employees are kind and will help guide you. Decent Pay. Good learning experience for anyone with a production pathway. Remote work as a coordinator. Promotions for members in entry level positions.
Cons
There are no boundaries when appeasing clients. Managers will work you to the bone, negatively criticize and blame you for something that requires a whole team to be on the same page on. Everything is black and white to them. In reality, it’s a chain everyone is linked to, but no one knows how to address issues effectively. Rather than put the blame on someone, do better in training and learn to communicate. Barely any problem solving skills, they’re gossipy and can’t take accountability for themselves. All the managers do not have experience in this type of field. Coordinating director cannot lead, doesn’t use critical thinking skills and is destructive to every department. Head of collections, intake, admin, and Biomeme executives dehumanize my colleagues. Why would you hire someone who can’t explain or understand any of our operational or at least a little of our lab protocols? The department heads are power hungry and have never understood how to keep the team together. People consider leaving or have left because of them. This is why you don’t hire your friends.
