Pros

Excellent benefits, tons of perks, and more paid holidays than you typically see in the U.S. Work–life balance is actually respected, and the majority of the team is great to work with.

Cons

Upper management is almost always hired externally, frequently from the same professional circles, leaving little room for internal advancement. Leadership roles often overlap, leading to confusion and constant shifts in priorities. Direction changes happen rapidly, and burnout is largely ignored.

Thank you for your feedback. We do work hard to provide excellent benefits and paid holidays given the pace of our business, the commitment of our employees, and our desire to do the right thing. We are fortunate to have great teammates, and we hire not only for skill and motivation but also for people who “rise together,” which is core to our culture. I take your perspective on management seriously. We completed a round of internal promotions to manager, director, and vice president roles in the spring of 2025, and I anticipate additional promotions in 2026. Training and development are areas where we must continue to improve, and doing so should further expand internal advancement opportunities. As we have grown from approximately 200 to 750 employees, we have hired heavily at all levels, including externally, at times at 50% employee referrals, to support the scale and complexity of the business. I agree there is more room for internal progression, and that remains a focus. Thank you for your time at One Inc. Ian

Pros

Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.

Cons

I have been very blessed and do not have any cons to share from my time with One Inc.

Pros

A few team members are supportive, though this is not consistent across the organization. Exposure to industry tools and workflows may be useful for those early in their careers. Some flexibility exists, but it varies significantly depending on team and management.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction and consistency, leading to frequent confusion and constantly shifting priorities. High turnover creates ongoing instability and increases the burden on remaining employees. Workloads are often unrealistic, with limited support and poor resource planning. There is a noticeable lack of proper tools and systems, making even routine tasks more difficult than necessary. Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Communication between teams is fragmented, resulting in inefficiencies and duplicated efforts. Feedback and performance management are inconsistent, making it difficult to grow or succeed.
