      A Pro for me would be the management. Very supportive and One Inc truely cares for their employees.

      Pros

      One Inc provides all the necessary tools to be successful. It is a sales-centric company which is great!

      Cons

      Some processes are slow (pricing, SOWs, contracts) but I think we are hiring and getting better.

      The company is heavily Sales and Innovation based - from the CEO through all go to market, we make it as easy as possible to sell.
