      Pros

      None HR will just lure you to join. No Good cafeteria. Work pressure is too high. Salary is very less as compared to the work expected.

      Cons

      Hire and Fire is a norm in the Organisation. Please have a check before you join. Once you join the organisation they will give you no training and support and just want the output there will be no one to guide you you just have to figure out yourself.
