Pros
Busy friendly Atmosphere, on the job training, competitive incentives, good pay with benefits - have to be self motivated to stay on task to make up to 80 calls a day plus taking inbounds to make appointments for clients moving - free service for clients - makes the day go by quickly - always busy - have tvs and music playing to keep you energized too
Cons
The only Con is you must leave a lot of voicemails and this job does require a lot of sitting but with two breaks and 1/2 hour lunch you get to walk around or go outside
