Very Good People - Supervisor One Step Retail Solutions Employee Review

I have worked for the company for 3 years. To put my perspective in context, I often have people trying to recruit me. And for the first time in my career, I don't even entertain the idea of other opportunities. I don't even ask what the job is, I simply tell them that I'm not available. The reason I am happy here is the people. Management is transparent and I never feel there are political agendas or something going on other than how it appears. The C-level executives have a genuinely open door policy and they truly value input from any echelon of the organization. I also feel that all 3 top executives are honest and of high integrity. I've been in private meetings and overheard conversations that time and time again reaffirm that the company is led by people with integrity. The company makes a point of recognizing and celebrating anniversaries and birthdays. A game room / employee lounge is being added to the corporate office. We have parties. I feel the benefits and compensation are fair and appropriate for the size of the company. I think that overall most people like working for One Step. Some employees have been with the company over 20 years.
