I was really impressed with how thorough my training was when I started at One Step. I especially valued this because it has not been my experience in the past with other companies. They were very organized, welcoming and helpful as I got familiar with my new position. I really enjoy working with all of my coworkers as well as the owners. The office is laid back and it is a great place for collaborating and learning. Overall working for One Step has been a great experience!
