      One Tree does have experience running centres in remote locations.

      Cons

      Lack of support. Very unrealistic expectations and unwilling to negotiate. Area managers and head office do not seem to have a real idea of the work the people on the ground have to do.

      Good hours Work life balance

      Cons

      Really toxic workplace. Lots of bullying and gossiping in this space. No privacy in the building, open plan floor design /office. People out to out shine each other by reporting each other.
